Washing Instructions
- Hand wash or machine wash on a delicate cycle using cold water (maximum 30°C / 86°F).
- Utilize mild detergent exclusively. Avoid bleach or chlorine.
- Wash the garment inside out to preserve color and fabric texture.
- Do not launder with dark or color-bleeding garments.
Drying Instructions
- Do not tumble dry.
- Lay the garment flat to dry or hang it in a shaded area.
- Avoid direct sunlight to maintain the natural cotton tone.
Ironing Instructions
- Iron at a low to medium temperature setting (maximum 110°C / 230°F).
- Do not iron directly over any prints or internal labels.
- For best results, iron the garment inside out to maintain the heavyweight jersey texture.
Additional Care Guidelines
- Avoid fabric softeners and any products containing alcohol or harsh chemicals.
- This garment is pre-shrunk (0–3%); however, high heat must be avoided to maintain its original fit.
- The 1x1 Rib (containing 5% Lycra) should not be overstretched when hanging or folding.

SHIPPING POLICY
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
All international orders are shipped directly from the Dominican Republic via express courier service (DHL or equivalent).
Estimated delivery time: 7–10 business days from the date of shipment confirmation.
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email or WhatsApp to follow your package in real time.
Customs duties or import taxes, if applicable in your country, are the responsibility of the customer.
NATIONAL SHIPPING (DOMINICAN REPUBLIC)
For customers located in the Dominican Republic, deliveries are processed the same day or the following business day depending on the time of purchase confirmation.
Orders within Santiago may be eligible for same-day delivery.
Deliveries outside Santiago are made through certified national couriers (Metropaq, Caribe Express, etc.).
SHIPPING DETAILS
- All shipments are insured until delivered.
- Orders are processed within 24 hours after payment confirmation.
- During high-demand periods or limited-edition releases, processing may take up to 48 hours.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
CONDITIONS
We accept returns and size exchanges under the following conditions:
- The product must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition (with tags and packaging).
- Returns must be requested within 7 days of receiving your order.
- Customized or made-to-measure garments are non-returnable.
INTERNATIONAL RETURNS
Customers are responsible for shipping costs when returning or exchanging international orders.
We recommend using a tracked and insured courier to ensure the package arrives safely at our facility in the Dominican Republic.
NATIONAL RETURNS (DOMINICAN REPUBLIC)
Returns within the Dominican Republic can be processed via courier or in person at our store/showroom.
If the return is due to a factory defect or shipping error, we will cover all return costs.
REFUNDS
Once the returned item is received and inspected, you will receive a confirmation message.
Approved refunds will be processed through the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
